The Movement “Solution to Urban Horse Carriages” objetive the End of the Circulation of Horse Carriages in Porto Alegre - RS (Brazil) in up to 8 years, for the approval of the project of law of Councilman Sebastião Melo, aiming at:

a) elimination of the bad-treatments to the horses;

b) reduction of the accidents and irregularities in the transit;

c) ending of children in the conduction of horse carriages;

d) social inclusion of the horse carriage men in sheds of recycling of solid residues (trash) through cooperatives, preventing speculators and profiteers.
